How much will this cost to join the Blockheads Community?
It has to be said that each building by its very nature will be different, but the first year you can expect not only to half your current management
It has to be said, in the early months of your new RTM that each building by its very nature will be different, but our aim would be to reduce your current management fees by at least a minimum of one third or more, subject to you and your leaseholders’ positive involvement in the Right to Manage process… With the ultimate aspiration to leave your RTM company ( like ours) with no management fees, but secure in the knowledge Blockheads-RTM resource is always on hand to call on for future help with any area of management decisions.
After year one, your fellow leaseholders will have 12 months’ understanding of the ‘realities’ of managing your building and I will also make proposals for moving forward and developing the five/ten year plan ….and the associated advisory costs. These costs will naturally depend on the ease or complexity of the works your block needs and more importantly, the time your leaseholders are willing to give the project …and over what period the refurbishment/s ( if any) are scheduled. But in any event, after 12 months, you and your leaseholders will have an outline understanding of the positives ( and the pitfalls ) of, ‘Right To Manage’.
