FAQ's

As a new concept to many, we know you will have questions we have provided the answers to the most common one on our FAQ’s page.

Why Self Management Works

The Right to Manage (RTM) was introduced through the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. It gives leaseholders the statutory right to take over the management of their joint property from the landlord by setting up a special company  – a right to manage company. Right to Manage, is an important right for leaseholders.

The ‘mystery’ and responsibility of managing  your own block of leasehold/freehold flats can, to the uninitiated, appear intimidating.

However, does the option of joining a group of other like minded people, who have successfully completed the process, and reduced their daily stresses, not to mention their overheads, make the reality of succeeding, seem more likely?

Believe us…

It’s not Rocket Science…. !!!!
It’s not complicated…

You and your fellow leaseholders can do it… With guidance from those who have done it

……and are still doing it.

We are not surveyors
We are not builders
We are not accountants

But we do have collective common sense and life experience, and, over ten years, in partnership with our leaseholders, we have entirely refurbished the structure and fabric of our building, managed our property finances into a healthy surplus, and at the same time, recently again reduced our monthly service charges by more than half …..because we have no management or residential agents’ yearly fees.
